SALMON TARTAR

1. Ingredients:

– 200 gr of salmon filet
– 1 chive
– 100 gr of cooked shrimps
– 1 avocado
– Capers
– Salta and Peper
– Olive oil
– 1 lemon
– Ciboulette

2. Preparation:

Cut 200 gr of salmon filet into cubes and put it in a bowl. Chop the chive and add it to the bowl. 

Add 1 cup of cooked shrimp, and one tablespoon of capers, olive oil and the juice of one lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate. 

Cut an avocado into cubes and put it over the salmon and shrimp mixture. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle chopped ciboulette.
