FILO DOUGH AND PORTOBELLO

1. Ingredients:

– 100 gr of portobello mushrooms
– 2 tablespoons of parsley
– 2 tablespoons of basil
– ½ cup of almonds
– 150 grams of cream cheese
– Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper
– Filo dough
– Prosciutto

2. Preparation:

Cut into slices 100 gr of portobello mushrooms. 

In a food processor, add 2 tablespoons of parsley, 2 tablespoons of basil, half a cup of almonds and process. Mix the herbs with 150 grams of cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper. 

Then brush melted butter in 6 sheets of filo dough. Cut and arrange them in oven pans. Fill each pan with herbal mix and portobello. Bake in the oven for 15 min at 180°C.

On top of the final filo dough cups add a slice of prosciutto.
