In a can with butter paper, put a touch of honey. Put a piece of apple, sprinkle the cinnamon, then a piece of brie cheese and on them a square of the dough flattening the corners with your fingers or a fork. Repeat with the rest of the dough reaching 8 tarts
Beat the egg and brush all over the tarts. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
While still hot, turn them over with a spatula and let them cool on a rack.
Sprinkle more cinnamon and enjoy with a glass of Bicicleta Rosé (at 14°C)!
