APPLE & BRIE UPSIDE-DOWN TARTS

1. Ingredients:

  • Store-bought pie dough
  • 100 g brie cheese
  • 1 apple cut into slices
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • Honey

2. Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  2. Cut the dough into squares (4 per unit).
  3. Cut the brie cheese into eight pieces.
  4. In a can with butter paper, put a touch of honey. Put a piece of apple, sprinkle the cinnamon, then a piece of brie cheese and on them a square of the dough flattening the corners with your fingers or a fork. Repeat with the rest of the dough reaching 8 tarts
  5. Beat the egg and brush all over the tarts. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
  6. While still hot, turn them over with a spatula and let them cool on a rack.
  7. Sprinkle more cinnamon and enjoy with a glass of Bicicleta Rosé (at 14°C)!
